Revestify Privacy Policy

Introduction

Revestify, Inc. (“Company” or “We”) respects your privacy and we are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes:

• The types of information we may collect or that you may provide when you download, install, register with, access, or use the Revestify mobile application (the “App”) or register with, access, or use the Revestify website available at https://www.revestify.com/ (the “Website” and collectively with the App, the “Platform”).
• Our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

This policy applies only to information we collect in the Platform and in email, text, and other electronic communications sent through or in connection with the Platform. This policy DOES NOT apply to information that:

• We collect offline or on any other Company apps or websites, including websites you may access through this Platform.
• Is collected by any third party, including through any application or content that may link to or be accessible from or through the Platform.

Children Under the Age of 18

The Platform is not intended for children under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 18, please contact us at info@revestify.com.

Information We Collect and How We Collect It

We collect information from and about users of our Platform:

• Directly from you when you provide it to us, including, but not limited to, when you register on the Platform, fill out a form, or in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available on the Platform.
• Automatically when you use or access the Platform.
• From third parties, for example, our payment processors Plaid and Stripe.

Information You Provide to Us

When you download, register with, or use this Platform, we may ask you to provide information:

• By which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, email address, telephone number, and birthdate (“Personal Information”).
• That is about you but individually does not identify you, including, but not limited to, your demographic information and information about your entity or organization.
• That is related to your financial accounts, such as your financial account numbers, credit card numbers, or debit card numbers, in order to facilitate donations via the Platform. This information will be collected and processed solely by our third-party services providers Plaid and Stripe, and we will not have access to this information. The processing of this financial information is further described in the section titled “Third-Party Information Collection.”

Automatic Information Collection

When you download, access, and use the Platform, it may use technology to automatically collect:

• Usage Details. When you access and use the Platform, we may automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of the Platform, including location data, search queries, traffic data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the Platform.
• Device Information. If you use a mobile device to access the Platform, we may collect information about your mobile device and internet connection, including the device’s unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, browser type, mobile network information, and the device’s telephone number.
• Computer Information. If you use a computer to access the Platform, we may collect information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type.

If you do not want us to collect this information do not download the App, delete the App from your device, or do not access the Website.

Information Collection Technologies

The technologies we use for automatic information collection may include cookies (or mobile cookies). A cookie is a small file placed on your mobile device or computer, that we use for Platform functioning, navigation, login and security. It may be possible to refuse to accept cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your mobile device or computer browser. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of the Platform.

We also use Google Analytics tracking services to collect anonymous user data to track visitor traffic, device and OS usage, and user trends. Mobile Device Third-Party Information Collection

When you use the Platform or its content on a mobile device, certain third parties may use automatic information collection technologies to collect information about you or your device. These third parties may include:

• Your mobile device manufacturer.
• Your mobile service provider.

These third parties may use tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use this app. The information they collect may be associated with your Personal Information or they may collect information, including Personal Information, about your online activities over time and across different websites, apps, and other online services websites. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content.

We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly.

How We Use Your Information

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any Personal Information, to:

• Provide you with the Platform and its contents, and any other information, products, or services that you request from us.
• Process your requests for information and respond efficiently to your questions.
• Notify you when Platform updates are available, and of changes to any products or services we offer or provide though it.
• Detect and prevent fraudulent activities, unauthorized access, or data breaches that could compromise the integrity of the Platform.
• Manage your account and provide you with customer support.
• Fulfill donations that you make through the Platform and provide you with receipts for your donations.
• Fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it.

The usage information we collect helps us to improve our Platform and to deliver a better and more personalized experience by enabling us to:

• Estimate our audience size and usage patterns.
• Track and optimize the Platform’s performance.
• Store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our Platform according to your individual interests.
• Recognize you when you use the Platform.
• To identify bugs or technical issues related to the Platform.
• Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and website traffic.
• To analyze general trends and patterns in how users interact with the Platform, allowing us to enhance user experience and improve product functionality.
• To generate insights to help us make informed decisions about future product development and strategic initiatives.

With your consent, we may also use your information to contact you about our own services that may be of interest to you. If you do not want us to use your information in this way, please do not provide your consent when asked.

Disclosure of Your Information

We may disclose aggregated, de-identified information and about our users for any legal reason, provided that any de-identification is performed in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

In addition, we may disclose Personal Information that we collect or you provide:

• To our subsidiaries and affiliates.
• To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep Personal Information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
• To a successor in the event of a merger, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of the Company’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Information held by us in relation to our Platform users is among the assets transferred.
• To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.
• For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.
• With your consent.
• To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
• If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our customers, or others.

Collection of Information by Third-Party Services

Some services we provide you through the Platform require collection of your information directly by third parties. Third parties to whom we may disclose personal information generally have their own privacy policies. Those policies will govern use, handling and disclosure of your personal information once we have shared it with those third parties as described in this Privacy Policy. If you want to learn more about their privacy practices, we encourage you to visit the website of those third parties.

Stripe, an online payments system that we use to process your donation payments, is a third party that we may share your information with. By using our services and choosing to connect a payment method, you agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Stripe in accordance with its privacy policy, available at https://stripe.com/privacy.

Plaid allows you to connect your financial account to the Platform to process donations. By using our services and choosing to connect a financial account, you agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid in accordance with its privacy policy, available at https://plaid.com/legal/#end-user-privacy-policy

Stripe and Plaid will collect and manage your financial information directly from you with your explicit consent. We do not have direct access to any of your sensitive financial information through Stripe and Plaid and we rely solely on these third-party services for transaction processing.

Use of Facial Identification or other Biometric Security Features

You may have the option to use a facial scan or fingerprint scan (e.g., Face ID) when logging in to the App. We do not collect or store such biometric information if you choose to use such login options. We solely use your device’s verification method for authentication purposes and the entire verification and authentication process happens within your device. Your fingerprint or face scan is stored locally on your device when you set up your enabled device and use of the method is governed by the terms and policies of your device provider.

Your Choices About Our Collection, Use, and Disclosure of Your Information

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the Personal Information you provide to us. We collect Personal Information from you only if you voluntarily submit such information to us. You always have the option to not supply Personal Information. If you choose not to provide Personal Information, it may prevent you from obtaining access to all the features of the Platform, or communicating with us through the Platform.

You can set your mobile device or computer browser to refuse all or some cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable or refuse cookies or block the use of other tracking technologies, some parts of the Platform may then be inaccessible or not function properly.

We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) on the NAI’s website.

Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information

You can review and change your Personal Information or other information you have provided us by logging into the Platform and visiting your account profile page.

You may also send us a request to delete your data at any time by sending an email to info@revestify.com. Upon receiving a valid request, we will securely delete the data within 30 days. In some situations, we may not be able to delete your Personal Information except by also deleting your user account.

Data Security

We take data security seriously. We have implemented measures designed to secure your Personal Information, login information, and other data from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All data is stored securely with access restricted to authorized individuals. Regular security audits are conducted to ensure the protection of data. Sensitive and private data exchange occurs over a “Secure Sockets Layer” (SSL) secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures. We retain data as needed to provide you with the Platform and related services and as required by law. Upon reaching the end of the retention period, data will be securely deleted from all storage mediums.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Platform, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted through our Platform. Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we provide.

Transfer of Information to the United States

The company is based in the United States and you acknowledge that the information we collect is governed by U.S. law. By accessing or using the Website or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the processing, transfer, and storage of information in and to the United States, where you may not have the same rights and protections as you do under local law.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may update our privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ Personal Information, we will post the new privacy policy on this page. The date this policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for periodically visiting the policy to check for any changes.
